Manifesto
What we stand for.
01 — Speed
Decide fast, execute, learn.
We don't wait for perfect conditions. We make decisions with the best available information and correct along the way.
For us, speed isn't chaos. It's discipline.
Long alignment rounds, endless meetings, weeks of approval processes. That doesn't exist here. When we have an idea, we ship it. When we see a problem, we fix it. When we have an opinion, we say it.
02 — Transparency
Everything open.
We all have access to all numbers, all decisions, all plans. Not because we have to, but because we believe transparency is the foundation for good decisions.
We talk openly about mistakes, about uncertainties, about things that didn't work. When we hide problems, we lose time. When we share them, we find solutions.
03 — Responsibility
We own everything.
There's no 'That's not my area' here. When we see a problem, we take responsibility for getting it solved. Not alone, but first.
We stand by our decisions. When something goes wrong, we don't look for blame. We look for the next step.
04 — Impact
We can make a difference.
We believe that every one of us can create impact. On the team, in the company, in the real world. We create the conditions that make it possible.
We don't measure ourselves by hours or activity. We measure ourselves by what has changed. By outcomes that matter. By decisions that make a difference. We support each other with everything we have to unfold our impact.
05 — Gratitude
Nothing is a given.
We are grateful for the life we get to live. For the people who walk with us. For partners who believe in us. For opportunities others don't get. For every single day we get to work on something bigger than ourselves.
For us, gratitude isn't a feeling we have when things go well. It's an attitude that grounds us when things get hard. It reminds us that we haven't achieved anything alone and never will.
06 — Health
Mind, fitness, nutrition.
We don't make our best decisions at three in the morning. We make them with a clear mind, a rested body, and a quiet spirit.
We don't glorify exhaustion.
We take care of our mind, our body, and our nutrition. Not as a program, but as an attitude. Because we know we can only do our best work when we're doing well.
Not perfect. Not finished. But honest.
